Okay, I need reassurance.. I understand the wiring diagrams and understand the hook up to the junction box (as per the diagram) The black and the red from the interconnect cable connect to the red and black from my 10-3 underground wire but???

Can I run underground wire from the junction box to my service panel in my basement?  Hooking the red and black wire to the 15A 220 breaker as well as the ground and the white?  It seems too straight forward. I'm alittle leary!

mcullip1,

What you explain in your post sounds correct.

By saying the white, you mean the AC neutral, right?

Is there any difference between what you are doing in your installation and the wiring diagram here (pdf)> ?

Thank you! The white is the AC neutral. The diagram link is the one I'm following.

Gaining confidence!!

From the enphase FAQ page:

What is the correct wiring for the A/C cable assemblies on the Enphase Microinverter System?
The A/C pigtail cable assembly terminates the first microinverter in a branch-circuit to the junction-box. Conductors are identified differently depending upon microinverter model as follows:

M190/M210: The four conductors' jacket indicators in the cable are Black, Red, Orange and Blue: BLACK is Line 1, RED is Line 2, ORANGE is Line 3 (used only for three phase 208 service), and BLUE is Neutral. The Neutral line will need to be tagged with a white piece of tape, marking it as the neutral, per the NEC.
