Peter Nudd of Star Solar Specialists wanted to build a maximum-value system for his client in Fisherville, Kentucky in order to generate the enough energy to cover a majority of the homeowner's montly utility bills. Nudd teamed up with Greentech Renewables to offer a low-profile, sleek Aerocompact Ground-Mount racking system that is hidden from view. The system also uses Jinko Solar 270W panels and Fronius Primo 10kW inverters. In an effort to minimize the risk of plant growth interfering with the system's output, Nudd also installed Aerocompact's fleece blanket.
Determining the optimal strategy for the homeruns from the Fronius String inverters to the electric panel was challenging, and Star Solar Specialists worked with Greentech Renewables to find the best solution.
