Description

Surrette Battery Company builds Rolls Battery product line which earned a successful reputation based on reliability, durability, easy maintenance and ongoing product support.

Many of our Rolls batteries include dual container construction and high-density polyethylene material maximizing durability and eliminating acid leaks even in the event of a ruptured outer container.

The unique "resistox" plate design offers more resistance to corrosion and maximizes the life of the battery. The life expectancy of Rolls batteries are among the longest in the industry.

The Company will replace or, at its option, repair any Rolls Battery sold by it that fails to conform to the warranty stated above on a NO CHARGE BASIS as follows:

SERIES 4000
Failure within 24 months from the date placed in service yields FREE REPLACEMENT, not including freight charges from the factory to the applicable destination. After the first 24 months of service, defective batteries will be adjusted for a period of up to 84 months prorated from the date first in service at prices in effect at time of adjustment.

SERIES 5000
Failure within 36 months from the date placed in service yields FREE REPLACEMENT, not including freight charges from the factory to the applicable destination. After the first 36 months of service, defective batteries will be adjusted for a period of up to 120 months prorated from the date first in service at prices in effect at time of adjustment.

Merchandise Return Policy - No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and must include the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number in order to return product. Any product that is returned must be brand new, in perfect condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging with all hardware and documentation. Returns must be shipped with prepaid freight and insured via the carrier of your choice within 30 days of delivery. Upon receiving an RMA number, the CivicSolar representative will provide full shipping instructions. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless, an error was made by CivicSolar in shipping. Before returning an item, you must have a RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, email Customer Service at: customerservice@civicsolar.com All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
