The Datalogger Pro stores data from up to 100 inverters and 10 Sensor Cards / Boxes, along with your programmed sensor constants and other information.

Datalogger Pro can manage and store operating data for the following maximum number of system components. Multiple inverters may be monitored with the following equipment with (1) Pro Box, (1) Com Card for each inverter. (100 inverters max.)

  • 100 solar inverters from the Fronius IG or Fronius IG Plus series
  • (several types may be combined, e.g. IG 15 and IG 60 with an internal and external housing)
  • 10 sensor cards / boxes
  • 10 public display cards / boxes
  • 1 interface card / box
  • 200 string controls

Merchandise Return Policy - No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and must include the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number in order to return product. Any product that is returned must be brand new, in perfect condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging with all hardware and documentation. Returns must be shipped with prepaid freight and insured via the carrier of your choice within 30 days of delivery. Upon receiving an RMA number, the CivicSolar representative will provide full shipping instructions. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless, an error was made by CivicSolar in shipping. Before returning an item, you must have a RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, email Customer Service at: customerservice@civicsolar.com All returns are subject to a restocking fee. No returns will be accepted on installed items. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of original delivery.
