FRONIUS IG Solar Inverter Interface and power supply option card for aftermarket installation of the DatCom data communication system.

Com cards provide the data link from the Fronius IG or Fronius IG Plus to the SolarNet and to the associated DATCOM components.  For this reason, Com cards are only available as plug-in cards. One Com card is required for each Fronius IG and Fronius IG Plus.

Fronius offers the most robust data monitoring and analysis package available, and has a wide array of components to assist you in collecting information about your system's performance. The Fronius data monitoring system, also known as the DATCOM system, helps you keep track of information such as cumulative energy output, system voltage, and irradiance, just to name a few parameters.

Installers and homeowners find this information helpful in analyzing their system's performance over extended periods to ensure their system is operating as advertised, and to corroborate the amount of energy sold back to the utility. Merchandise Return Policy - No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and must include the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number in order to return product. Any product that is returned must be brand new, in perfect condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging with all hardware and documentation. Returns must be shipped with prepaid freight and insured via the carrier of your choice within 30 days of delivery. Upon receiving an RMA number, the CivicSolar representative will provide full shipping instructions. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless, an error was made by CivicSolar in shipping. Before returning an item, you must have a RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, email Customer Service at: customerservice@civicsolar.com All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
