Enecsys Gateway CG-A-US Monitoring

Enecsys' comprehensive performance monitoring of the PV array is highly enhanced as each module’s performance can be viewed, a capability not available with string inverters. This uniquely provides users and installers with real-time detailed information to ensure that the solar system performance is optimized over the life of the installation.

Each installed micro inverter sends a signal to the Enecsys Gateway that then broadcasts the signal to the Enecsys Monitoring System via the Internet. The Gateway provides at-a-glance status of the solar installation, including the number of inverters online, communication link status, and Gateway IP address.

The Enecsys monitoring system has a user-friendly graphic interface that provides the following information:

  • Total energy generated
  • Individual panel performance 
  • Historical pattern of energy generation

Merchandise Return Policy - No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and must include the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number in order to return product. Any product that is returned must be brand new, in perfect condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's packaging with all hardware and documentation. Returns must be shipped with prepaid freight and insured via the carrier of your choice within 30 days of delivery. Upon receiving an RMA number, the CivicSolar representative will provide full shipping instructions. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless, an error was made by CivicSolar in shipping. Before returning an item, you must have a RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, email Customer Service at: customerservice@civicsolar.com All returns are subject to a restocking fee. No returns will be accepted on installed items. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of original delivery.
