Trojan Battery Company
Trojan Battery
Since building its first battery in 1925, Trojan Battery has been a leader in deep cycle battery technology. Trojan’s proprietary Maxguard® Advance Separator, exclusive Alpha Plus™ paste formation and Polyon™ ultra-rugged case design make their batteries outperform other competitors products in life, durability and capacity. Independent research has shown that installers and integrators rate Trojan’s batteries as “the most durable and longest-lasting.”
Trojan has two of the largest and most extensive bi-coastal research and development centers dedicated to battery technology in North America. Trojan focuses on designing advanced and innovative products that are specifically engineered to meet the needs of renewable energy applications.
Trojan Battery’s durability, longevity and proven technology mean that they can be depended on for consistent performance in any application, whether it’s for an energy saving grid-tied system or for off-grid power in remote locations.
Trojan uses the most rigorous testing procedures in the industry, such as the IEC standard for batteries in photovoltaic energy systems. They also test for capacity, charging performance and physical/mechanical analysis.
Trojan is ISO 9000:2001 certified and their products undergo nearly 200 points of product inspections prior to leaving their manufacturing plants.
