Would the 8G27 Deka gell cell work on golf cart app for 48 v system?

Looking to replace the batteries on my golf cart, I have a 48v system. Would like to stay away from the liquid acid. Price is not much different.

Here are the inputs you need to make the decision:
  1. Will the 8G27 batteries fit in the golf cart battery rack?
  2. Can you use existing interconnect cables?
  3. Can the charger be switched to Gel charging voltage?
